Exchange Policy

At Ash Apparels, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines outlined below.

Initiating a Exchange Request (Within 7 Days of Delivery):

Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can contact us via:

Email: Send an email to customercare@minduxe.com including your order number, product name, a copy of your original receipt, and a detailed description of the issue.

Our customer care representatives are available 24/7 to assist you through both email and WhatsApp.

Preparing Your Exchange:

  • Gather Items: Collect the items you wish to return.
  • Document Condition: Take clear photographs of the items to document their condition before shipping.

Return Procedure:

  • Locate Receipt: Retrieve the original receipt emailed to you upon order confirmation, which contains your unique order number.
  • Request Return: Share your order number, item photographs, and reason for return with our customer care team via email or WhatsApp. A customer service agent will review your request and provide a return form.
  • Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing the designated return address and detailed instructions.

Exchange Shipping:

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, Ash Apparels will cover the return shipping costs. Please retain your return shipping receipt and share it with our customer care team within 24 hours of dispatching the return parcel.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Eligibility for Exchange:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags.

Acceptable Reasons for Exchange:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items (items that differ from your order)
  • Incomplete items (missing components)

Ineligible for Exchange:

  • Made-to-order and standard-size formal wear cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
  • Customized outfits are not eligible for return.
  • Items returned in unsuitable conditions, tampered with, damaged, or not adhering to provided care instructions may be returned to you or result in a denied refund request.
  • Parcels delivered locally but taken abroad afterward cannot be returned.
  • Items delivered internationally cannot be returned. In such cases, Ash Apparels will provide compensation depending on the nature of the issue (e.g., defect, incorrect item).

Time Limitations:

Exchange Requests: Notify Minduxe.com customer care within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Exchange Shipping: Ship the return items to Ash Apparels within 7 days of the return request approval. Returns received after this timeframe will be returned to the sender.

Additional Notes:

  • Ash Apparels assumes no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
  • Issues such as color bleeding, print damage, or fading caused by washing or ironing are not covered under this return policy.
  • Refunds will only be processed once your return is received and approved.
